Resort Policies
- It is mandatory to present an address with valid government-issued photo identification for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at the time of check-in.
- Pets are not allowed inside the resort
- Photo-shoot can be done only on chargeable basis.
- All rooms are Non smoking
- In-room dining is not available.
- Please note that loud music is not permitted in public areas of the resort. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment in the surrounding areas.
- Visitors are not allowed.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
- In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
- Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 14 days & full retention for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival.
- Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
Child Policy
- Two children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents’ room when using the existing bed. A maximum of one extra bed can be provided in the room on a chargeable basis.
- A child aged 6–12 years, a child above 12 years, or an extra adult will be charged additionally.
